Full subscription provides strong support for Green Hydrogen Systems’ growth strategy
Today, we are pleased to announce that all 104,296,612 new shares offered under the rights issue have been subscribed for, corresponding to gross proceeds of approximately DKK 469 million.
Accordingly, we expect to complete the offering and draw on the term loan facilities for a total principal amount of DKK 250 million made available to us by two Shareholders, ATP and APMH Invest.
