Leading conversations on electrolyser technology and scale-up perspectives
We are pleased to announce that Green Hydrogen Systems will be exhibiting as the lead sponsor at the upcoming World Electrolysis Congress at Crowne Plaza in Düsseldorf on March 14-16 2023.
As one of the pinnacle industry events of this year, its sole focus will be on the opportunities and challenges of electrolyser technology to produce clean hydrogen. This includes the continued development, operations, and maintenance of the technology itself, and how to accelerate the roll-out of large-scale, and small-scale green hydrogen projects.

Keynotes and debates
As lead sponsor of this year's edition, Green Hydrogen Systems will play a distinct role at the congress starting with the welcome address given by our CTO, Dr. Ing. Stephan Kim, followed by a keynote focusing on leading electrolyser technologies and green hydrogen production delivered by our Head of Technology, Mascha Smit. Additionally, we will contribute to a panel discussion on how to navigate the electrolyser landscape in light of scale-up potentials and provide insights from an ongoing project in Denmark to establish the first 100 MW P2X facility: GreenHyScale.
Bringing pressurised alkaline electrolysis into the spotlight
During our keynote Head of Technology, Mascha Smit, will give the audience insights into the advanced stage of pressurised alkaline electrolysis and other leading technologies and clarify how they compare to each other when it comes to important considerations such as variable loads, environmental footprint, and cost-efficiency. We hope the audience will leave the room inspired and more informed.
Some of the questions addressed in the keynote are:
- Where does pressurised alkaline electrolysis stand compared to PEM and AWE for green hydrogen projects?
- What is state-of-the-art within pressurized alkaline electrolysis and what improvements can be expected?
- What types of applications are especially ideal when considering pressurised alkaline technology?
During the panel discussion at noon, Mascha will also bring perspective on the various applications of the modular, pressurised alkaline technology.
Meet us at booth 17
At the expo (booth 17) attendees will also be able to meet representatives from our R&D and tech and sales department. We look forward to showcasing our portfolio of modular electrolysers, sharing use cases and engaging in dialogue with customers as well as new prospects.
We’re already working with many leading companies in the green transition. Follow this link below to see some of our current project engagements.
We hope to see you there
